Raised in Casper, Wyoming, Katie brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her role at MHP. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2015 and 2016 and began her career with a public accounting firm in Casper. After two years, she moved to Jackson, Wyoming, where she continued to grow her career with Thompson Palmer & Associates through its merger with MHP.
Katie has experience in both audit and tax and especially enjoys working with small business owners to help them navigate complex tax matters and develop practical, effective solutions. She is passionate about small business taxation and takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding her clients’ goals, and helping them succeed.
Outside of the office, Katie is passionate about giving back to her community. She loves to travel, is an avid reader, and values time spent with her husband and family. Recently relocated to Denver, Colorado, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and discovering the city’s diverse and ever-growing food scene.
